Free Shipping:
We offer complimentary shipping within the contiguous United States.

Delivery Method:
Most orders are shipped via FedEx and do not require a signature upon delivery.

Additional Fees:
Specialty items and larger artificial trees (such as commercial trees 15 feet or taller) may incur additional shipping charges.

Shipping Limitations:
Currently, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/PO boxes. Please provide a valid mailing address at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for deliveries to APO/PO boxes.

Order Fulfillment:
Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours unless otherwise noted on the product page. We do not offer express or expedited shipping.

Multiple Shipments:
Larger items and orders with multiple products may arrive on different dates, in multiple boxes, and with separate tracking numbers. Oversized items, such as commercial Christmas trees, may ship via a freight carrier. Coordination with a Christmas Pine Shop representative and the carrier may be necessary to schedule delivery.

Estimated Delivery:
Delivery dates are estimates based on information from our shipping partners. These dates may be affected by high volumes during the holiday season. Christmas Pine Shop is not liable for shipping delays. Delays exceeding 5 business days may be reviewed as a potential “lost item.” Specific documentation may be required to initiate a lost item claim and provide a resolution.

Lost Items:
If your tracking number indicates delivery but you can’t locate the package, please check all entrances and with neighbors. If still missing, report and initiate a lost package claim within 5 business days of the carrier marking it as delivered. Documentation may be required. Claims made after 5 business days are not the responsibility of Christmas Pine Shop.

Damaged Packages:
For packages delivered with significant damage, report and initiate a damaged package claim within 5 business days of delivery. Documentation (e.g., photos) will be needed to process the claim. A representative may request you to open the package to inspect for damage. Claims after 5 business days are not covered.

Storage:
The shipping box is not required for storing your tree. Every Christmas Pine Shop tree includes a complimentary storage bag!

Package Protection:
At checkout, “Package Protection” is available for an additional fee (unless opted out). This protection can only be purchased at the initial checkout. Customers with Package Protection have a streamlined process for reporting lost or damaged packages and selecting a preferred resolution.
