Returns and Exchanges

Christmas Pine Shop is pleased to offer returns and exchanges on eligible products (exclusions may apply*) within 30 days of the order being delivered (and prior to December 20th of the same year).

Please note, returns or exchanges cannot be processed after December 20th of that year, even if the order was delivered less than 30 days prior. To qualify, any return or exchange must be in transit back to our facilities by December 20th of that year.

While Christmas Pine Shop offers free shipping on outbound products (with certain exclusions), there is a shipping and handling fee for returns. Please note that larger trees or items shipped in multiple boxes will incur higher shipping and handling fees.

Refund Policy:

Christmas Pine Shop may reject and/or assess additional fees for any non-approved or non-qualified returns or exchanges.

Unauthorized returns (e.g., outside the authorized timeframe, used or damaged items, or items containing non-recognizable materials) may result in a partial or no refund.

Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the customer’s refund. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at checkout. Once the return is received at our facilities, refunds typically appear in your account within 7–14 business days. However, depending on your bank, it may take up to 30 business days for funds to be processed.

Store Credit:

If the customer opts to receive store credit instead of a refund, the shipping and handling fee will be waived.

Returns for Defective Items:

For returns initiated due to a reported defect, the customer must first go through our Troubleshooting/Warranty Claim process before initiating a return. If the item is deemed defective, the return shipping and handling fee may be waived by a Christmas Pine Shop representative. If the customer chooses to forgo the Troubleshooting/Warranty process, a return shipping and handling fee will apply.


Exceptions/Exclusions:

  • We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges that are not in their original Christmas Pine Shop packaging. There are no exceptions to this policy.
  • “OPEN BOX” and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for trees 15 feet and above.
