Warranty Information
This warranty is exclusive to Christmas Pine Shop Artificial Christmas trees and excludes OPEN BOX / Final Sale items, wreaths, garlands, and accessories.
Structural:
Artificial Christmas trees are covered under our 2-year, limited warranty from the date of purchase. Most structural damage (exceptions listed below) to your tree is covered under this warranty. These damages include parts such as branches, hinges, and stands. Excluded from the warranty are flocking, loose tips, minor shedding, and isolated burned-out bulbs.
To begin the claim process, please contact our customer service team via our Troubleshooting/Warranty Form, and be sure to include photos/videos in your submission. Once received and deemed eligible under our warranty policy, a Christmas Pine Shop representative will contact you with a relevant resolution. This could include a part, section, a full item, or a resolution of comparable benefit (as determined by a Christmas Pine Shop representative).
Any structural damage to an item that was not exhibited during the first year of use will be subject to review by a troubleshooting agent to determine whether the item is eligible under the warranty or void due to ‘self-inflicted’ damages.
Lighting:
For any lighting issues, please contact our customer service team via our Troubleshooting/Warranty Form, including photos/videos in your submission. A Christmas Pine Shop representative will respond with steps for troubleshooting the lighting issue. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, the representative will provide a resolution, which may include a part, section, a full item, or a comparable solution (as determined by the representative).
Please do not administer any independent repairs outside of the instructions provided by Christmas Pine Shop, as this may cause damage to your item and void the warranty.
As each claim is unique, multiple photos/videos may be required to accurately diagnose and resolve the issue. The resolution process may involve multiple correspondences if additional questions or instructions are needed from the agent handling your case.
Exclusions and Extended Information:
Christmas Pine Shop reserves the right to determine whether damage to an item is eligible for coverage under the warranty. General wear and tear, or any damage caused by misuse, negligence, etc., is not covered under this warranty.
When submitting a warranty claim, please note that Christmas Pine Shop may no longer stock a particular product or model. You may choose to wait for the item to be restocked, or a replacement of equal/comparable value will be issued.
Christmas Pine Shop will determine what is considered equal/comparable value.
The warranty term is not extended by the processing of a warranty claim. The start and end times of the warranty term remain unchanged.
Only the original purchaser is covered under the Christmas Pine Shop limited warranty. Warranty coverage is not transferable.
Additionally, the limited warranty is not applicable to any Christmas Pine Shop item purchased from an unauthorized seller.
Warranty claims can only be processed for items used in the contiguous United States and Canada.
CLEARANCE/OPEN-BOX ITEMS:
OPEN BOX/clearance items carry a limited 90-day warranty. All details of the 2-year limited warranty apply, with the only difference being the length of coverage.
ACCESSORIES:
Christmas Pine Shop accessories include a limited 90-day warranty. These accessories include items such as wreaths, garlands, 3′ trees, light sets, ornament sets, tree skirts, and decorations. All details of the 2-year limited warranty apply, with the only difference being the length of coverage.
All Christmas Pine Shop policies and warranties are subject to change. Christmas Pine Shop reserves the right to modify its policies at any time without notice.
EXTENDED WARRANTY:
Customers may purchase an extended warranty on eligible products. The extension options are either an additional 2 or 3 years. Extended warranty prices will be displayed at checkout and are calculated based on the total purchase price.
All details of the 2-year limited warranty apply, with the only difference being the length of coverage.
The extended warranty is available for purchase at checkout and up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Policies:
Price Match: Christmas Pine Shop will price match non-seasonal deals within 48 hours via STORE CREDIT ONLY. (Seasonal deals, including but not limited to Black Friday and Cyber Monday, are not eligible for price matching.)
Coupon Codes: Only one coupon code may be used per transaction. Coupon stacking or combining multiple valid coupon codes is not allowed. Please note that “loyalty points” are considered a coupon code and cannot be combined with other promotions at checkout.
Loyalty Points: Loyalty points cannot be redeemed retroactively after an order has been placed.

Military Discount: Christmas Pine Shop offers a first responder/military discount! Each product page on our website features a ‘GOV ID’ option, allowing eligible members to receive their discount. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions or coupon codes.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot guarantee cancellation requests. However, please use our Order Changes and Inquiries Form to contact us with a cancellation request, and we will do our best to accommodate it. If your order has already been processed and prepared for shipment, it will not be eligible for cancellation. In this case, the customer is responsible for receiving the item and then initiating the return process.
Refused Deliveries: Any items refused upon delivery will be subject to a $75 fee per box.
Order Change Policy: We cannot guarantee fulfillment of order change requests. However, please use our Order Changes and Inquiries Form to submit a request, and we will do our best to accommodate it. If your order has already been processed and prepared for shipment, it will not be eligible for adjustment. In this case, the customer is responsible for receiving the item and then initiating the return process.
Address Change Policy: We cannot guarantee fulfillment of address change requests. However, please use our Order Changes and Inquiries Form to submit a request, and we will do our best to accommodate it. If your order has already been processed and prepared for shipment, it will not be eligible for adjustment. In this case, the customer is responsible for receiving the item and then initiating the return process.
Christmas Pine Shop reserves the right to reject or cancel any orders due to issues such as suspected fraudulent activity or product/pricing errors.
